Subir fotos que se envían en Whats App

Cómo hago para que las fotos que me envían por WhatsApp se carguen automáticamente en Dropbox? sin necesidad de ir a la galería y tener que seleccionar la foto para enviarla a Dropbox. Saludos y gracias!!!
