Cannot send document for signature from other laptops
Hello. I created my Dropbox Business account using one laptop, adding 2 other users via email. Let's say one of them is quotations@gmail.com.
Using my own laptop on Chrome, I am able to send documents for signature while logged into quotations@gmail.com, or any of the email addresses added to this business account.
However, when another person logs into Dropbox with quotations@gmail.com, the "Send" button doesn't appear for him after inputting all the information and the signature field. I am not logged with the same email address at the same time.
This is super frustrating, we've tried incognito mode and other laptops, but nothing is working. Any help will be appreciated!

Hi there carmen14 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you clarify if you're sharing credentials for one account with the others or if they're also part of the same team account?
Can you also send us a screenshot of what you and the other person are getting so that we can have a visual too?
Thanks!

Hello, thanks for your reply! Our team account has three email addresses registered to it. When log in using one of the registered email addresses i.e. address A to send documents for signature, I get the "Send" button as below and I can send it no problem:
But when my teammate logs into Dropbox using email address A, this is his screen. There is no "Send" button:
Hope this is clear, and hoping for a solution!
