Dropbox application not starting on Mac

For the last few days the Dropbox desktop application on my Mac has failed to start. When I double-click the icon in the Applications folder, nothing happens. No error messages, no Dropbox icon appea...

    Hey bryn999, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Could you try reinstalling the desktop app and let me know if you notice any difference?

     

    I'd suggest that you tried the offline installer from this page, just in case.
