Error Message on Mac when trying to open dropbox application

Hello, I recently got married and changed my last name with my employer which changed my email and all accounts on my Mac. Since doing so, I cannot launch the Dropbox application. It continues to give me this error message. I did try the help tool and granted "full disc access" to dropbox and that did not solve the issue either. So, none of my files are syncing from my work computer to my home computer. Any ideas on how to fix this? I have deleted the app and reinstalled it with the same result.
