-Embarrassing-

I just upgraded from a Dell i3 to an i7. It used to be that 'Dropbox' appeared as an option on 'file explorer', now it runs as 'Dropbox S mode'. Is there a way of getting it back into 'file explorer'?

You installed the S Mode app from the Microsoft Store. Instead, you need to install the desktop application from the Dropbox website.
