How to make Dropbox folders on windows server 2019 online not ofline

I install the last Dropbox version on Windows Server 2019 but folders are Online. What I do to make folders to work offline like on Windows 10?

Dropbox isnt actually supported on Windows Server's (https://help.dropbox.com/installs/system-requirements#windows) so please be very cautious that it wont cause data loss using it this way
