No search results when I use finder on my Mac

I keep all my recipes, among other things, in Dropbox and have always been able to search using Finder. Not only would it search file titles, but it searched the entire document, so if I'm looking, say, for a recipe that includes "buttermilk", it would show me everything with buttermilk as an ingredient. Not that I've updated, I get no results searching Dropbox in Finder--I get results in "My Mac", but that includes a whole lot of other extraneous and irrelevant items. Also, when I search through Dropbox.com, which is a huge inconvenience, it only gives me results with "buttermilk" in the title. Am I missing something? Is there a workaround, or is this just a function of the update?

Hi @LoriRB, I'd be more than happy to help!

Could you clarify the version of the desktop app, that you have installed on your device?

Also, does this happen only with Dropbox files/folders?

Keep me posted!

Thanks, Megan! My laptop is running Ventura 13.2.1, and yes, it's only happening with Dropbox--other searches on Finder are fine.

Thank you, Walter. I have no idea why or how it worked, but it did!
