Only my personal Team folder shows in Office apps.
I have Dropbox Desktop. I have two accounts: Personal, and Business. The Business account allocates me an individual folder and a team folder.
In times past, before I was given an individual folder for work (why? I don't know. Didn't ask for it), my dropbox was easily accessible with Office applications. NOW, when I click "File / Open" I only see my PERSONAL folder, or my INDIVIDUAL folder. I can get to the team folder, but only by clicking on team folder and then navigating to the team folder where all my work actually is. It is an annoyance - and I'd like to know if it is fixable.

Hi Tam-E, I hope you're having a great Friday so far!
Can you send me a few screenshots, in order for me to have visibility of the steps you follow on your end?
Also, does this happen on all of your Office apps?
Keep me posted!

Hi Megan,
Yes - all my office apps. I don't see how to send you screenshots? I've moved the screenshots I took to a dropbox folder and am posting here: [removed]

Hey Tam-E, sorry to jump in here.
I've removed your link to stop it from causing excessive traffic for your account.
From what I could see though, you had screenshots of both your files explorer Dropbox (our desktop client) and also Dropbox Lite (for S mode).
Which one is the main app you're using to access your files?
- Tam-E3 years agoExplorer | Level 3I don't understand the question.
I have two Dropbox accounts. One is personal and one is my team work account. Both are desktop installed. However, for the work account, There is my folder and the team folder. Only my folder shows up in applications. I need my team folder to show up. - Hannah3 years ago

Just to confirm I understand the situation fully, can you please guide me through the steps you're following that get you to the point where you can only see your personal folder?
- Tam-E3 years agoNew member | Level 2This is me. I don't know why I had to create a new account? Anyway I will be back with screenshots. Sorry I dropped this thread. It's still a problem.

OK - I am wanting to upload a document - I don't see a way to do it and last time I added a link and it got taken down. I don't know how to explain the issue without showing the problem, especially since I already explained it.

Tam-E, due to security reasons as this is a public forum, we can only investigate this, if you upload a screenshot of what you see on your end (and not your private documents).
You can send us any screenshots you want by clicking on the small camera icon that's located above your message box (right before you post your reply here).
