Please help!! I have been trying for hours to stop saving every screenshot to Dropbox. I never initiated this and it's very frustrating to not find accurate advice in the help section.
There is NO "import" tab anywhere under my dropbox preferences. I have already unchecked the "share screenshots and screen recordings using Dropbox" as well as "Enable camera uploads for:" photos and videos.
Having all my screenshots in Dropbox makes my work take longer because I can't see them clearly enough when adding new inventory to our system and quickly uploading shots.
I have MacOS Big Sur 11.3.1
Thanks for the screenshot @sci buzz!
Can you please install the latest, stable version of our desktop app (it just got out yesterday) and let me know if you notice any difference?

Hi Walter,
Yes, I've turned the computer off and on, but the boxes were unchecked from before. I never did the "Set up" to automatically back up my desktop to Dropbox.
Here is a screenshot of my settings:

Hi Walter - I contacted Dropbox support yesterday because it was driving me crazy, lol. That's what they recommended and the issue is now fixed.

Ugh, I'm trying to stop dropbox screen shots and I'm unable to complete the task. The directions refer to a perferences tab which is not found and I am not able to find where to find screen shot syncing. Help, pleaseandthankyou https://capture.dropbox.com/Y3SWUaZpNInPcMbp Screen shot attached here-ha! but now sure you can see it.

Where are you looking? Your Capture says it's still uploading.
Preferences is found in the Dropbox application on your computer, not the Dropbox website. Look for the Dropbox icon in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac).
