Hi All.

 

i woke up this morning and i did not have access to our company folders.

no one touched the permissions nore edited anything in any way

 

everyone in the office can see their personal folder within the business account but not a single other folder.

 

can anyone help with this?

Good day, after all the investigations  it seems this has all happened due to being hacked.

Hey there @devieshrama, sorry to hear about this.

 

Can you please let us know if you tried to log into your account via the website and what do you see there?

 

Also, can you clarify the desktop app's exact status and version as shown in your system tray at the moment?

 

Let us know what you find and we'll take it from there.
