Can’t find sent-received files

Hi,
I got an email link to upload files to be shared with them. I did this and they’re saying they never received one of the files but they were definitely all sent. I’m trying to access sent files and it’s empty, doesn’t show anything at all I’ve ever sent! I need access to this to prove all the files were originally uploaded! Please help! I only have basic account but surely I should be able to see files that have been received? Isn’t that a basic thing/feature?

Hey @Ignitedanceco, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you please clarify if you were uploading to a shared folder or a file request they had opened from their end for you to upload your files instead?

 

If it's the former, you could see your shared folders and files/links in your sharing tab. If it's the latter though, the files will be in their original locations, i.e. from where you initially uploaded them.

Thanks Walter,

We received email requesting upload via link
As submitted it came up been sent and they’d be noticed but nothing since and nowhere to check what was sent to that email address

I'm afraid thats because no such feature exists. It isnt possible to check or reference what was sent without asking the receiver.
