Can't open some files after syncing all, please help!

Hello everyone, I am new to Dropbox and currently using the 30 days free trial. I am a windows user and have a shared folder with a mac user, after syncing all the files in the folder, some of them...

    Yes it will be at the bottom πŸ™‚

     

    And it isnt possible to set all as offline I'm afraid. You can do it manually by highlighting and selecting but you may need to keep redoing it
