右下角Dropbox应用显示蓝色同步中状态,但文件一直同步不了,文件大小仅77kb,请问如何解决?

Dropbox版本号173.4.6706,系统是win11,网络一切正常

The Dropbox application in the lower right corner shows a blue syncing status, but the file has not been synced, and the file size is only 77kb. How to solve it? The version number of Dropbox is 173.4.6706, the system is win11, and the network is normal

Did the PowerPoint file that was trying to sync finish syncing?

 

What kind of files are you not able to open?

 

And are you getting some kind of error message, when trying to open them?

我尝试同步的 PowerPoint 文件已完成同步,且在网页版中可以打开,

在Dropbox 应用程序中任何文件都无法打开,

打开时没有收到任何错误提示,只是一直显示在打开中
