The Dropbox application in the lower right corner shows a blue syncing status, but the file has not been synced, and the file size is only 77kb. How to solve it? The version number of Dropbox is 173.4.6706, the system is win11, and the network is normal

I have restarted my computer for many times, but it doesn't help

Thanks for trying, Kira.

If syncing is finished and you can open the files online, can you please quit/close the Dropbox application, to see if your issue persists while the app is closed?

hi @Hannah

After closing the dropbox application , i cannot reopen it unless restarting my computer.

I can't open any files through the dropbox application.

By the way, I find my file with a brown box next to it

Hi @Kira0418, the box icon there is related to OneDrive on your machine.

Could you try opening the Dropbox desktop application and mark the file as available offline, and then try quitting the app to play them.

I don't see any other Dropbox options in the right-click menu in your screenshot either, Kira; is the Dropbox application running at the moment or is it still closed?
