Dropbox Sign Bulk send sign requests not working

    Update 2: (Solved)

     

     

    The Bulk send feature is unlocked (via support) and I managed to send 1100 sign requests in 5 batches of max 250 requests via a CSV export over a period of several hours. Dropbox still has a limit but thanks to Dropbox support (Lyn) I could send every 30min 250 requests.

The same issue, please enable Bulk Send for my account as soon as possible, Ticket 22382420.
Rather than disabling a key feature we're paying for, maybe some other type of verification can be used other than having to go through the support group, this doesn't seem like a good use of anybody's time.

I can see that an agent has responded back to you, but not on the 22382420 ticket number, but here: 22382397.
