This morning I was able to upload x5 small less than 5mb pdfs without any problems.  Then about an hour later I tried, and it seems to get stuck "Finalizing".  I looked thru the forum, and tried some suggestions, however, I still can't upload files.  I have tried different small files(less than 5mb), but it still has the same issue.

 

I have tried chrome's incognito, I tried clearing the cache, I have tried Edge, but I still get stuck on "Finalizing".  My upload speed is roughly 800kbps.  Some might consider that slow.

 

Can someone enlighten regarding what dropbox's API is doing while "Finalizing" message is displayed?  I would like to fix this myself, but it's a blackbox right now.

Hi @LipListenLive, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Currently, there is an issue with the Dropbox site and uploading to the site in general.

 

We're currently looking into this matter to resolve it.
