How can I stop Dropbox from uploading all my photos?
I do not want Dropbox uploading all of my photo, any for that matter. I got a new phone and it uploaded all my photo. I was so upset. How can I turn that off. I have a specific use for dropbox as a s...

It has only done it because you've told it to MasterC - its turned off by default. However, its easy enough to change. Simply alter the 'Camera Uploads' setting.

This doesn’t help. The choices on Camera Upliads is between Never and Read and Write. What does the latter mean?

That doesn't sound like a setting for Camera Uploads. On iOS it's simply an On/Off slider. I suspect it's similar on Android. Remember, you do this within the Dropbox app. Not within your phone's Settings/Permissions.
