How to send a reminder for a signature request?

With the new change, does anyone know if this feature still available? The Dropbox sign become more and more a Dropbox PDF editor which does poor job than any free PDF app user can download. Wrong direction and UI is becoming poorer and poorer for a SIGNING software. 

 

To send a reminder:

 
On hellosign.com
  1. Sign in to hellosign.com.
  2. Click Documents in the left sidebar.
  3. Click on the“(vertical ellipsis) next to the document you’d like to send a reminder for.
  4. Click Email reminder.
  5. Click the checkbox next to the signer(s) you’d like to send a reminder to.
  6. Click Email reminder.
 
On the Dropbox Sign Mobile app
    1. Open the Dropbox Sign mobile app.
    2. Tap See all to display all signature requests.
    3. Select the request you’d like to send a reminder for.
    4. Tap Email reminder.
    5. Tap the checkbox next to the signer(s) you’d like to send a reminder to.
    6. Tap Send in the top-right corner.

Hey @jun yu, thanks for your feedback on Dropbox Sign.

 

If you have a Dropbox Sign account, you can indeed follow the steps that you mentioned above, to send a reminder for a signature request.

 

Did you have any issues sending a reminder after following those steps?

Yes, i have the dropbox sign account and making payment monthly. 

 

Could you be more detailed about the steps?

Please note that since your UI changed, the instruction has not been updated so I followed the steps on the website and it does not work.

I'm trying to send a reminder for a signature and it's not working. I have been trying for several hours and I keep getting this notice:

Hi @BarbaraVer, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running and clearing your cache?

Hi Jay, thanks for the quick response. I've just tried in another browser and I have the same issue. So far I've tried in Edge and Chrome.
