Invites to business dropbox

Invites to business dropbox

I have business dropbox and a client is trying to invite me to view files in another business dropbox account. Is there any way of doing this without leaving my business dropbox? The invite has to be sent to my work email.

Thank you

It sounds like your client is inviting you to join their team, rather than just sharing a folder with you. You can't be a member of two Dropbox Business accounts, so you would need to leave yours to join theirs.

Ask them to just send you a shared folder (or a shared link if you only need to view). If you really need to join their Business team, they'll need to send the invitation to another email address and you'd need to create a new account in order to keep it separate from your own.
