My client has uploaded documents to a box we are both on. She can see them but I can't. I can see the old ones but not the ones she did over the weekend. Is there any way to resolve this?

Welcome aboard the forum, @sdr17!

I’d like a few more details, if you don’t mind.

Can you clarify what you mean when saying she’s uploaded files to a box you’re both on? Are you referring to a shared folder perhaps, and she’s adding content to it from her own Dropbox account?

Also, are you unable to see these files both on www.dropbox.com, and the desktop app (in case you have it installed on your computer)?

Let me know.
