Slow-downs with the context menu and thumbnails and icons not updating

I'm constantly getting slow-downs with the context menu. And thumbnails and icons not updating. Also I have continuous files that get stuck while syncing, and I have to close and re-open dropbox. Is ...

Can you please clarify the version of the app, and your computer's OS version too?
