problems when I share a folder that is also on my NAS servers.
Hello,
I have a strange problem. My dropbox folder has an HBS3 hybrid backup sync with my Qnap NAS. That means all my files are continuously mirrored with the NAS server. That works fine until I start sharing folders with other users.
When I share a folder with a colleague some of my files are deleted from my NAS server. In dropbox they remain. It only goes on heavy files. For example, the whole folder with video files is deleted and other files like adobepremiere files and photos are still there.
Do you have a solution for this?

Hi KoekoekFilm, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As we don't officially support NAS drives, you would need to look into the app you're using to mirror files, and contact the developer for assistance on that matter.
If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
