I want to send a link to share a folder but I also want to ensure write/ delete protection on all files in the respective folder. Can I set a password to dis-enable deletion of a file? Cheers Quant

Hi @Quant, in order for you to be able to view the link the way others would, make sure to use an incognito tab on your browser, where you're not logged into your account.

If you need anything else, just give me a shout. Enjoy the rest of your day! ðŸ˜Š

Hi @Quant, I'd be happy to answer this one for you!

When creating and sending a shared link to people, they can only view and download the content.

With a link, no one should have the ability to delete any of your files.

I hope this clarifies.

Hello Megan

I just sent myself a link and I had the ability to delete the file in DB. I'm assuming that this is because DB is picking up that I have already logged in today and not a fresh external link.

* Thanks for your help!
