I went on Dropbox today and all my material, folders, files and contacts are missing. It's like I was never on Dropbox
All of my files are missing too. If I suddenly have a second account, where is it and how do I get my files?
Hey @ljsellers, to find out if you have another Dropbox account, I would suggest looking through your email accounts for emails from Dropbox.
This should give you a hint as to whether you've used another email address to sign up for Dropbox.

I had another email account but the files are missing in that one also.
Sorry to see you're missing your files, @jgtx.
Have you looked into your deleted files page and your events page, to see if you can find out anything about them?

Hello, I am missing all folder and files. I pay for Dropbox Plus through my Google Apps and I am using the correct email address associated with the payment. Can someone please assist?

If you've ensured that you're looking at the correct account, can you check your deleted files page and the events page and let us know what you find?
