Hey @JTHME, thanks for checking in.
You can sort your files as mentioned in this article and can add a text to the folder that the images are in with Dropbox Spaces.
Although there isn't currently an option where you can add an individual description to each photo, you can post this as a feature you'd like to see in the future, here.
