Dear Dropbox staff, 

 

My dropbox account renews every year mid June. On 6/14/2020, the last day of my subscription I went and downgraded to the free drop box basic plan. However, my credit card was already charged. Will you please issue a refund to me or direct me to whom I can talk to about this? I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter.

Due to sensitive information that's necessary to have a better look into this for you, I'd recommend contacting our Support team from this link, via an incognito window, without signing in to your account. 

 

If you'd like, once you do that, you can get back to me here with the ticket ID (eg. #1234567) that'll be created, so that I can pass your comments along.
