Cannot send document for signature from other laptops
Hello. I created my Dropbox Business account using one laptop, adding 2 other users via email. Let's say one of them is quotations@gmail.com.
Using my own laptop on Chrome, I am able to send do...

Could you clarify if you're sharing credentials for one account with the others or if they're also part of the same team account?
Can you also send us a screenshot of what you and the other person are getting so that we can have a visual too?

Hello, thanks for your reply! Our team account has three email addresses registered to it. When log in using one of the registered email addresses i.e. address A to send documents for signature, I get the "Send" button as below and I can send it no problem:
But when my teammate logs into Dropbox using email address A, this is his screen. There is no "Send" button:

Are you both admins of the team or just members carmen14?

I used my work email to create the business account, so I am the admin. For email A, I checked and it's a "Member".
Please note that myself and my teammate were both using email A (at separate times, we weren't logged in at the same time) when sending the documents for signature, and it worked for me, but not for him.
