Cannot send document for signature from other laptops
Hello. I created my Dropbox Business account using one laptop, adding 2 other users via email. Let's say one of them is quotations@gmail.com.
Using my own laptop on Chrome, I am able to send do...

Hello, thanks for your reply! Our team account has three email addresses registered to it. When log in using one of the registered email addresses i.e. address A to send documents for signature, I get the "Send" button as below and I can send it no problem:
But when my teammate logs into Dropbox using email address A, this is his screen. There is no "Send" button:

I used my work email to create the business account, so I am the admin. For email A, I checked and it's a "Member".
Please note that myself and my teammate were both using email A (at separate times, we weren't logged in at the same time) when sending the documents for signature, and it worked for me, but not for him.

Sharing an account's credentials is not recommended and is actually against the Dropbox TOS carmen14
That said, could you check if your team-mate is using the same browser version as yours?
Have they tried another browser perhaps?

We're not sharing credentials, I was setting up the different emails because I'm in charge of this project.
He tried it on a different browser and he's using the same browser version as I am, and it doesn't work for him.
