I'm trying to send a document for signature and it won't allow me to progress beyond "place fields"
I'm sending a document for signature. On the "place fields" screen I've placed my fields. But the "next" button will not light up and become clickable. It remains grey and inert. Help! How do I progr...
I solved the problem by sending the document to each person in the group individually. I don't know why I was having trouble sending it to a group, so that's a workaround rather than a solution. But thanks for your note!

Hey timmalloy, can you please clarify how many signatures you've used so far and what plan you are on?
Could you also try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely?
i assume i am on the entry level and probably need to upgrade now that i'm using this product more .
