Hi. I'm a bit confused since I can't edit a document in our Dropbox Team Business Account using Google Docs, or Sheets even if my Google account is active and signed in. I don't know if I am experiencing this issue.
Hey @Mon0600, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community!
Can you let me know what happens when you try to open, and edit your Google Docs via Dropbox? Do you get any errors?
Do you have a paid G-Suite account to edit the files? It'll be helpful to also know which platform you're using.
Keep me posted!

Hello, Megan!
Every time I open a file this one appears "Sign in with Google Workspace to edit business files" to which I never encountered this kind of issue since I use DropBox last November 2022. If paid Google Workspace is required then how about Microsoft Online can I edit a file in real time?
Hi @Mon0600, are you definitely signed into a Google account with the same email as your Dropbox email?
Can you send me a screenshot of the error message you're receiving, please?

I am also experiencing this issue. I cleared my cookies and cache. I checked any chrome extensions. I am signed in using my google account.

This is still an issue. Any word on when it will be fixed? I tried everything that I read from these forums.
Hey @Jill999, sorry to hear that.
Can you let us know exactly what kind of issue you're having?
If you're getting any errors, please send us a screenshot as well, so we can have a visual.

Below are two screenshots of what is happening when I try to edit files. I have never signed in with a google workspace account. I only have a gmail personal account. All of a sudden, this is the prompt that I get.
Hi @Jill999, sorry to jump in here!
Do you happen to be on a Dropbox Business account, or have you upgraded recently? If so, you'd indeed need to link a paid G-Suite account to edit the files.
