Hi Dropbox Brains Trust,
I am downloading receipts for my subscriptions for 23/24 tax time. I am only able to access some receipts (via the "look up charge" and then clicking on the link for "receipt"), although not with others. It comes up with a "404 error" page.
I have cleared my cache and cookies and even tried following the same process on my phone (instead of laptop). Still no luck. Is there something I can do or will I need to email Dropbox support for those invoices?
