I need help identifying an unknown Dropbox charge.

Hi, I have an unknown dropbox charge that appeared on via paypal.   I have checked the bank statement and all it says is : PAYPAL *DROPBOXINTE 000000000 so it does not work if I input it in the...

    Hi justine13, I am sorry to hear about this, but I'm here to help. 

    Is there any change that you have two Dropbox accounts? 

    You can also check out our self-serve lookup tool. That'll help you identify where the charge is coming from.

    Can you give this a go, and let me know of any updates?
