I have problem since I have activated trial, but there is no subsctiption or cancel plan existing.
I have followed the article trying to cancel the account within the wanted time but there is nothing i can do. and i tried to find where to contact support-> only found this community.
I did open the account with another person sharing the files. So i have basic account and I am unable to cancel the substription
Hi @Um1, there isn't a plan like the Basic plan trial, since the Basic plan is free.
Could you attach a screenshot, while hiding personal info, showing exactly what you're seeing on your mobile device?

Hey @Um1, hope you don’t mind me jumping in.
Right before you post your reply on the forum, you should be seeing a small camera icon above your message box.
If you click on it, you should be able to upload your screenshot to the forum.
