How to view size of Dropbox folder isn't working for me

How to view size of Dropbox folder isn't working for me

I'm trying to determine how much space my "pictures" folder is taking up by following these instructions.  However, they're not working for me.  In step 5, when I click the ellipsis, I don't see an option to "Calculate Size".  Are these instructions out of date or am I just doing it wrong?  I've attached links that show what I'm doing.  Thanks.

You need to be on one of the List views.

@Rich Even if in the list views there's still no calculate size option on the ellipsis list.

Wrong ellipsis.

I'm seeing what appears to be a similar issue:

Hey @crackeryaker, can you click on the arrow (dropdown menu) next to the "Modified" column header, choose "Size" and then try to find the "calculate size" option, to see if that works?

I am looking for the same thing - folder size. No "Calculate Size" feature.

Can you tell us if this only works with a certain browser?

I am using Chrome on apple laptop.

Hey @naoko_cuyana, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

I just tested this out on my Chrome browser and it works just fine for me. Are you sure you're following the steps my colleague @Hannah mentioned?

Is it possible it is the version or license you have assigned to your account.

I have 2 accounts and comparing the settings.

on the dropbox basic, I can see the folder size and everything, the menu shows correct.

on the dropbox business legacy, the menu's are different and I have the same issue. the interface is definitely difference.

dont know the solution, but what I am seeing.
