Promotional storage end date

Promotional storage end date

I received a 100GB free Dropbox storage for 12 months from Lenovo Vantage when I bought my new Laptop.  I am only on DropBox Basis (free).  Looks like it activated for six months only, but I want to at least find out the end date so I will know if it covers me for the duration of  my overseas holiday coming up in a few months.

I cannot find anyway of Dropbox showing me the end date and any way of correcting the duration to 12 months, which is what I was supposed to receive as there is no human support available for DropBox Basic.

Hi @Gordodrop, thanks for your message.

As the current promotional offer with Lenovo is for 6 months, the expiry date for the offer would be the 5th August 2023.

If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.

Here is the promotion

Does the below status mean that the end date would be "5/08/2023"?

Thanks Jay, that eases my concern with using it on my vacation.

Regarding the 12 Months showing on my Lenovo Vantage, I guess they have provided wrong information regarding the promotion.

After I posted this question I browsed this site a bit more and found another person with the same issue as me - also for a Lenovo laptop promotion - "@gezille".

Lenovo should get their act together.  Actually when I called Lenovo Vantage support to enquire about the promotion, they said they could not help and asked me to check with Microsoft.  I think they are confused about Dropbox versus OneDrive.
