Hello to the community,

I am trying to download a .rar file of 22.3 GB but I cannot.

I tried via Drobox Lite, it did not work!

I tried to connect via GChrome did not work as well.

Any ideas?

Many thanks.

Hey @Georgios Lalapanos, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you clear your browser's cache or try another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running, and let us how it goes?

If you end up getting an error, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too.

Thanks!

Have you made sure that you have enough hard drive space on your device for the download to complete normally @Georgios Lalapanos ?

Also, do you happen to be running any security software like antivirus or firewall on your device?

Hi @Georgios Lalapanos, have you also tried a different browser altogether?

Also, is this file in your Dropbox account, or are you accessing it through a shared link?
