View, download, and export
Need support with viewing, downloading, and exporting files and folders from your Dropbox account? Find help from the Dropbox Community.
hello there,
I have an serious issue. While downloading bigger file (7zip 7,3GB file), after downloading (succeced according to browser), I'm trying to unpack file and there is an info "unexpected end of data". What can I do with this? I'm pretty sure that upload was succesfull and without trouble (LAN cable, no way it could be paused or broken during upload). Now I don't have wire but still very high speed wifi and I cannot download this file.
Hey @komrad9, thanks for joining us on the Dropbox Community.
Are these files saved in your Dropbox account?
And are you able to access and open the files on our website as normal?
What happens when you download them from a different browser?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Yes, they're on my account. I am able to acces them, but not in preview due to the file size. I did not try to download them via different browser.
Hey @komrad9, sorry to jump in here, but could you maybe try another app or program to unzip the downloaded files?
Do you still get an error? If so, I'd appreciate a screenshot too.
Thanks!
