Dropbox Plan Dropbox Business upgraded to Dropbox Teams Device Dell XPS 16 Operating System/Browser (if using the web) Windows 11 Pro Dropbox App Version (if using the app) 240.4.8609 Question or Issue I had a Dropbox business account that was 6TB. I ran out of room so I upgraded to Dropbox Teams and 15 TB. I just figured that my Dropbox business account would become the Dropbox teams account but it did not. Now I have 2 Dropbox accounts (or at least 2 Dropbox folders) with 2 different names but using the same email address. I only want one account with 15 TB of room. Question: How can I get all my files over to the Dropbox Teams account? Question: At renewal time, does this mean I will be charged for the Dropbox Business account and again for the Dropbox Teams account?59Views0likes2CommentsAccept Google Pay for Dropbox Paid Subscriptions
Please add Google Pay (and perhaps Paze / Apple Pay / Samsung Pay) as payment options for paid Dropbox subscriptions since PayPal sucks and many of us dont want to enter sensitive card details into third party websites like Dropbox.Solved77Views0likes2CommentsI can't see a full refund as mentioned on my existing Support ticket. Why?
Ticket #25863456 I found out that Dropbox had been taking money from my account using expired card details, without my consent or permission, or having provided them any new, valid payment details. I raised this issue, and on Dec 31, 2025, Louis said he took some steps to resolve this, including: "Issued a full refund of £79.96, which should appear in your account within 3–5 business days depending on your bank" It has now been more than 3-5 business days and I have not received the full refund as promised. I tried to reply via the customer portal but it said I no longer had access to it. I tried to reply via email, as they said I could, e.g. "If there’s anything else I can help with, just reply to this email and I’ll be happy to assist." So I did, and got this email back: "Hi, Thanks for reaching out to Dropbox support. Replies to this email are routed to an unmonitored inbox and will not be answered by our support team." This is absurd. Thanks.198Views0likes18CommentsI need to add more space to my personal Dropbox account, without upgrading to a team.
I have the largest account available to an individual and have added the one time storage to my account. I have a large family and have a lot of photos and videos that I want to store. However, I'm almost out of space (nearly 4TB) and need more. When I tried to upgrade, my only option for more storage than 4TB is to upgrade to a business account for three users at an increase of an additional $225/year. My first TB of increase was $60 and it hardly seems right to force me to delete my files or upgrade for 80% increase in price. Thank you.83Views0likes2CommentsMy account is a Basic one, but I received an email about an upcoming charge.
I have a received an email saying that my account will be renewed and charged 163.67$ on February 11, 2026. Once connected, my account is the Dropbox Basic which is free. I also have no bill to Pay that shows. Since the account was created for work and we don't want to use it anymore, I wish to delete it. Can I do it or should I terminate the forfait first? It also doesn't give me the option to terminate it on a computer. Thank you for your time.92Views0likes3CommentsI upgraded to Dropbox Professional, but it's not showing on my account
Dropbox Plan Professional Payment Method PayPal How did you upgrade? My account was automatically charged after the free trial period. Question or Issue I upgraded to a Dropbox Professional account. Why hasn't my account been upgraded? I have no storage.75Views0likes2CommentsCancelar prueba de Dropbox Professional
The price increases once I use my credit card.
I'm trying to use the Visa 40% off discount for Dropbox Plus. Clicking the link takes me to a checkout page showing the correct pricing. But as soon as I enter my card number, the price increases. Any idea why? I don't recall having Plus before, and am not sure how I'd check.Solved119Views0likes3Comments
