Hey Brashley, thanks for reaching out to us about this. 

Could you provide us with some additional info to ensure troubleshooting? For example:

  • Do you get this error message with a specific file or for all .jpg files?
  • How large is the file you're trying to preview?
  • Could you also send a screenshot (without any personal info) of the error messages?

I'm having same issues.. all of a sudden it says the thumbnail can't be viewed and it says jpg. files are supported but something went wrong.... some pictures are showing, some aren't...
