I can't preview Excel files (".xlsx files are supported but something went wrong.")
Why can I no longer open Excel files stored in Dropbox? This is the message I get: .xlsx files are
I found a drop-down that says, "Open in....Excel for web or Excel. This works for me. This was user ignorance. I am good now. Seriously appreciate your prompt responses. I'm feeling much better about Dropbox now.

Have a try and clearing your cache and cookies and try again 🙂

I cleared cache and cookies and still get the same message.
