404 error on all Dropbox Papers

Whenever I try to open or create a new Dropbox Paper, the result is a 404 error. I cannot open any of my Dropbox Paper files on the online version of Dropbox, or the downloaded software. I have tried...

Hi Nancy,

 

I cannot access any pages documents, or create new ones. I always end up on the 404 page (screenshot below)

 

I can create sharing links on pages documents (although they also 404), but it wont let me create sharing links on any other documents because it says it might contain phishing information. I suspect this is linked to the PDFs I uploaded right before the error kicked in (which I have since deleted)?

Hi again, LapidusInternational. It sounds like your links have been banned for this reason.

 

Can we log a ticket for you, and investigate this further?

    Hi Nancy,

     

    Yes please do log a ticket. I assumed it was not this because it says "You may receive an email containing instructions on how to address the issue" and I have not received an email.
