Can I transfer files keeping date and time stamps in tact from one account to another?

I have a large amount of data that I am holding in my Dropbox account (1.2TB) for legal purposes as advised by my attorney. The purpose is to show that the files have not been altered and being hoste...

    Hi Scott L.20, you can put the files in a folder -if they're not in one already- and then share the folder from account A to account B. 

     

    Once you do that, you can go into your old account, and pass the ownership of the folder to the new account. And that should be it.
