I can't view online-only files after upgrading to Windows 11.

I just upgraded my laptop to windows 11 after resisting for a long time.  Now I cannot open any of my dropbox online-only files (especially .jpg and .pdf) and the system says it cannot access those files.  If I make available offline, then the files open just fine.  Please help.

Dell XPS 13
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)

Hey tadams, thanks for letting us know about this.

If you switch the files in question to "available offline" and then back to "online-only", does that fix the issue?

Also, what you see when you hover over the small Dropbox icon in your system tray?

Let me know and we'll go from there.

Did you get the chance to try out Hannah’s recommendation, tadams? If yes, let us know how it went.

    Cheers.
