Can't download files to Android using Web Browser

I've tried Chrome and Firefox to download files from Dropbox but it's not working. There is no error message, it just doesn't do anything.

Hi there MarkBx - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please clear your browser's cache and try again and let me know how it goes?

If that doesn't work, you can also try an incognito window as well.

    Keep me posted!

Did you try switching to the Dropbox mobile app?

If you’re set on using the browser, try clearing the cache, as already mentioned, or switching to incognito mode as a quick fix.

Hi Walter - none of that works. I'm trying Opera, Firefox and Chrome and it doesn't work in any.

Hi Garry - I tried the app a year or two ago and wasn't impressed. For the browser neither of those worked - in three different browsers.

Hey MarkBx, let me jump in here!

How large are the files you're trying to download? Also, does it happen with all the files in your account?

I know this might sound trivial, but have you restarted your device at all since this happened?

One last thing; is it possible to connect the device to a different network/WiFi/mobile data to see if the issue still persists?
