Can't download video on the desktop app - "check internet connection" error
Okay, so for context, I download videos from my phone to the Dropbox and then I go to Dropbox in my laptop and download them on my computer. Problem is, one video refuses to download on my laptop and...
- 2 years agoI saved the video as .mov instead of .MP4 and it totally downloaded. Problem solved! Thanks anyways haha

Iâd like to clarify something first; you mention that youâre trying to download this file to your laptop. Are you using the Dropbox website to do that, or do you have the desktop app installed, and youâre trying to sync it locally instead?
Can you send me a full screenshot of the error youâre getting?
Finally, whatâs the file extension of the video youâre having trouble with?
Let me know.
