Can't open any files

Can't open any files in Dropbox inc PDF file, word, excel. A window popped up and said' There was an error opening this document. The file cannot be accessed by the system. But all the files can be...

    Thanks for getting back to me, Miranda-info. 

    Are the files in your Dropbox folder set to online-only by any chance? 

    If they are, can you try right-clicking on a file and select it to be local from the Smart Sync option? Are you able to open it then?

    Let me know of any updates!

Hi Lusil

Change Smart Sync to Local on the Dropbox Preferences settings, and now I'm able to open the files. Thank you for your advice!
