Can't open folders
I can't open folders and keep getting this error message.

3 years agoHi michael omahoney, thanks for posting here! Let’s have a look.
Is this happening for all folders on your Dropbox account, or just specific ones?
Have you tried switching browsers, or testing this via an incognito window?
Let me know, if that makes a difference.

Hi Nancy, We did try incognito and not working on my laptop. I have 2 accounts and both work on my phone but neither on laptop. Just keep getting an error message and cannot open folders or click on my initials to log out etc.

Hi again, We just logged in via a private tab on my laptop but it seems to automatically log me back into my account where I was from the non-private browser

Thanks for the updates, michael omahoney!
Can you close any incognito windows you may have open, and try again? When opening an incognito window for the first time, it shouldn't log you automatically into any accounts at all.
Also, what I can suggest next for the default browser on your computer is to clear its cache, check for any pending updates, and also disable any additional plugins.
If you keep receiving the same error after that, please let me know.
