Can't open folders
I can't open folders and keep getting this error message.

3 years agoSorry michael omahoney, but just to clarify, are you having an issue accessing the account as a whole? Or are you getting the blank screen after you've logged in and tried to open the folders in the account?

Hi Hannah,
I was getting a blank screen, now the same error message as before and cannot open folders. I can now see them again but cannot open. Error message below.
