Hi Megan,
Yes works fine on my mobile, just that I can't open folders on my work laptop. All content is ok on my mobile, can't open anything on laptop. I have tried Chrome, Edge and private incognito tab and nothing is working. I'm hoping the vendor we share the box with can invite me agin and see if this fixes this. Not confident though.
Cheers Mick.

3 years agoHi michael omahoney, are all these devices connected to the same network/WiFi?
Have you tried using another way, like your mobile data, to connect and access our website, to see if that works?
I'd also suggest whitelisting the Dropbox website on any VPN or proxy you may have, or if you have some kind of antivirus or firewall, I'd check there as well.

Hi Megan,
I've tried using my mobile data and still didn't work. I simply cannot use my work computer to sign in and keep getting the same error message. Not sure what to try as our IT doesn't support Dropbox. I'll ask our IT about the whitelisting idea. The issue started when I clicked on a different folder that I normally access through my personal email. I would've thought you could have more than one droppbox folder.
Regards Mick.
