Can't view a list of folders in the mobile app on Android.
It is extremely frustrating to not be able to view the list of all folders in the mobile (android) app. I usually end up logging in on my browser just so I can find what I want. I know where to look, but I cannot remember all of the folders names. That's ridiculous to think I could!
I have spent a lot of time trying to get this figured out. Tried scrolling, tried wifi on and wifi off, looked for updates, restarted my phone, etc, over several months, nothing worked. Just *now* when I opened the Dropbox app on my android was I able to see all the folders. 🤦♀️🤷♀️ I don't know what is different about now, from even earlier this morning, but it seems to be working now.

Hey TS20, thanks for the additional info and screenshots.
Just to make sure I understand this correctly, you have a OneNote folder in your Dropbox account and when opening files from this folder, you get an error that they're not previewable and that you need to use a different app to open them with, right? But OneNote isn't one of the options, it seems.
Do you currently have the OneNote app installed on your phone?
Did this behavior start recently, or has it always been like this?

I've cleared the cache and restarted my phone. It still doesn't work. In attachment you find 2 print screens showing the details. When I select any OneNote folder and then select "open with". As you can see, I can't select any workable function.

Hi Walter, I'm using Samsung Galaxy 22, android ver 15, One UI 7.0. Yes indeed, restart had been made today.
I'm using Dropbox Basic, the content on the web is available.

Hey TS20 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you clarify your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox mobile app you're using?
Did you try restarting your mobile and/or clearing the app's cache since you first noticed this issue with previewing your OneNote files?
Also, are you able to preview them normally on the website?

Hey TBrasel , let's see what we can find about this together!
Would you mind clarifying your device's exact OS?
I'm assuming you're trying to locate your folders through your "Files" tab, is that correct? If not, feel free to clarify.
Are you not able to find them when you scroll there?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
